影響電纜絕緣電阻的四個因素

電線電纜產品的絕(jue)緣電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)主要(yao)是測電(dian)纜(lan)(lan)絕(jue)緣的體積電(dian)阻(zu)(zu),表面(mian)電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)不進行測量,而(er)影(ying)響(xiang)電(dian)纜(lan)(lan)絕(jue)緣電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)值(zhi)的因素比較多,在實際中主要(yao)有四個(ge)因素對絕(jue)緣電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)系數的影(ying)響(xiang)較大。

一、溫度(du)的影響(xiang)

溫(wen)度(du)上升(sheng),絕(jue)緣(yuan)電(dian)阻系(xi)數(shu)(shu)(shu)下降(jiang),這是(shi)由于熱運動(dong)增(zeng)(zeng)加,離(li)子的產生(sheng)和(he)遷移都有(you)所增(zeng)(zeng)加,在(zai)電(dian)壓的作(zuo)用下,由離(li)子運動(dong)所形成的傳(chuan)導(dao)電(dian)流增(zeng)(zeng)大,因而絕(jue)緣(yuan)電(dian)阻下降(jiang)。理論和(he)實踐表明,絕(jue)緣(yuan)電(dian)阻系(xi)數(shu)(shu)(shu)隨溫(wen)度(du)增(zeng)(zeng)加按指數(shu)(shu)(shu)式(shi)下降(jiang),而電(dian)導(dao)則隨溫(wen)度(du)升(sheng)高而按指數(shu)(shu)(shu)式(shi)增(zeng)(zeng)大。

二、電場強度的影響(xiang)

當電(dian)場(chang)強(qiang)度在比較(jiao)低的范(fan)圍(wei)內,離(li)子(zi)(zi)的遷(qian)移率(lv)隨著電(dian)場(chang)強(qiang)度增加而增加,成比例關(guan)系(xi),離(li)子(zi)(zi)電(dian)流與電(dian)場(chang)強(qiang)度服從歐(ou)姆定律,當電(dian)場(chang)強(qiang)度比較(jiao)高時,離(li)子(zi)(zi)遷(qian)移率(lv)隨電(dian)場(chang)強(qiang)度的增加而增高的趨勢逐(zhu)漸由線性關(guan)系(xi)變為指(zhi)數關(guan)系(xi),當接近(jin)擊(ji)穿時還會出現大(da)(da)量的電(dian)子(zi)(zi)遷(qian)移,這時絕緣電(dian)阻系(xi)數大(da)(da)大(da)(da)的減少。

三(san)、濕(shi)度的影響

由于(yu)小(xiao)的(de)電(dian)導大,而水分子(zi)(zi)的(de)大小(xiao)遠比聚(ju)(ju)合(he)物的(de)分子(zi)(zi)小(xiao)的(de)多,在熱作用下(xia)聚(ju)(ju)合(he)物大分子(zi)(zi)和組成的(de)鏈節相(xiang)對(dui)運動(dong),水分子(zi)(zi)就便于(yu)滲入聚(ju)(ju)合(he)物內,使聚(ju)(ju)合(he)物內導電(dian)離子(zi)(zi)增多,而使絕緣電(dian)阻(zu)下(xia)降。

標準中(zhong)規定了各種電(dian)(dian)線電(dian)(dian)纜的(de)浸(jin)水試驗,例如橡皮試片在測絕緣電(dian)(dian)阻之前浸(jin)水24小時,其目的(de)就(jiu)是因為在使用中(zhong)要遇到(dao)潮氣(qi)和水對電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)性能的(de)影響。

絕緣(yuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)是絕緣(yuan)材(cai)料主要(yao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣性能之一(yi),是電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)線(xian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜產品(pin)或材(cai)料的(de)一(yi)個重要(yao)指標,一(yi)般(ban)都要(yao)求絕緣(yuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)不低于(yu)某一(yi)個數值(zhi)。如(ru)果(guo)絕緣(yuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)值(zhi)過低,則沿著(zhu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)線(xian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜線(xian)路的(de)漏電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流必然增多,造(zao)成電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能的(de)浪(lang)費(fei),同時電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能變為熱能,為熱擊穿準備條(tiao)件,增加了熱擊穿的(de)可能性。

四、材料純度(du)的影響

材(cai)(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)中(zhong)混(hun)入(ru)雜質(zhi),增加(jia)了(le)材(cai)(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)中(zhong)的(de)導電(dian)(dian)質(zhi)點,使絕(jue)(jue)緣電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)下降,所以(yi)某一(yi)種橡皮和(he)塑料(liao)(liao)材(cai)(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)的(de)絕(jue)(jue)緣電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)的(de)大小(xiao)(xiao)將反映出材(cai)(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)純度的(de)高低(di),驗證其是(shi)否符合標(biao)準規(gui)定,在電(dian)(dian)線電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)的(de)生產(chan)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong),工藝過(guo)程(cheng)不嚴(yan)格遵(zun)守作(zuo)業規(gui)程(cheng),混(hun)合雜質(zhi)、材(cai)(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)受(shou)潮而起泡,絕(jue)(jue)緣偏芯或外(wai)徑尺寸小(xiao)(xiao)于標(biao)準規(gui)定,絕(jue)(jue)緣分層或有裂縫,絕(jue)(jue)緣刮傷等,都(dou)會使產(chan)品(pin)的(de)絕(jue)(jue)緣電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)減少,因此(ci)檢查絕(jue)(jue)緣電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)一(yi)定要檢查工藝作(zuo)業 過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)是(shi)否存在問題,在電(dian)(dian)線電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)使用(yong)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong),測量(liang)絕(jue)(jue)緣電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)的(de)變化(hua)還可以(yi)檢查絕(jue)(jue)緣損壞情況,預防發生事(shi)故。
